When Cartop.com was 4Yakima.com (a decade ago), we put up the fairing pages late in the evening the day before launch. It was late, and we ended up writing about racks using haiku. Silly, but it's quite descriptive. The biting winds blow Over my windshield and hit My fairing. Silence. Anyway, now we have Thule too! Thule fairings are godsends for people who like a quiet car and want to keep it that way. Face it, you're adding something in your car the original designers didn't want hanging out there in the breeze. Fairings quiet things down. And they look cool. And they say THULE on them in a cool, Eurostyle font. No extra charge.
